I've been fascinated by real estate for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was the one watching home improvement shows, construction programs and anything related woodworking or building. That passion eventually led me to take my first real estate course in 2008 alongside my father, Sam Hubster. It was there that I met Andrew Pappas, who quickly became both a friend and a trusted real estate mentor.
Long before Real Estate, however, I was learning the value of hard work at my family's Automotive Dealership, Artioli Dodge. Starting at the age of ten, weekends, holidays and summer vacations often meant being dropped off at the dealership instead of heading to the beach. While my friends were enjoying their time off, I was sweeping floors, organizing inventory and learning the business from the ground up.
Each year brought a new department, new responsibilities and valuable lessons that shaped my work ethic. By 1997, I was eager to begin working full-time and started my career selling automobiles. Over the years, I managed inventory, employees, financial operations, business processes and customer relationships. Most importantly, I negotiated and successfully closed thousands of transactions.
Today, I bring together my lifelong interest in homes, my understanding of the building process and decades of sales and negotiation experience. I enjoy helping clients not only see the potential in a property but also understand its value, presentation and marketability. Combining these experiences allows me to provide a unique perspective whether you're buying, selling, leasing or investing.

My sales career kicked off in the 1990s, and somewhere along the way I caught the real estate bug—and it stuck. What started as a passion has turned into decades of experience helping clients buy and sell with confidence. My hard work, approachable style, and genuine love for real estate have proven to be real advantages for my clients (and yes, I actually enjoy reading contracts).
I bring extensive local knowledge to the table, with deep roots in both Connecticut and Massachusetts.
